Our Concord is not like the others. We ferment our wine a bit dryer and blend some Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon to add some tannin and complexity. This wine can be described as having wine notes that please most every pallet. The front end flavor of the wine has a Sweet and fruity, deep and rich with pronounced grape flavors. Once in the mouth, hints of raspberry fill the pallet. The wine finishes with strong sweet black cherry notes and a silky mouth feel.
